How to reset your work email (@positivecs.au) password

1. Click or copy/paste the following link - https://webmail.positivecs.au.

2. Click on Reset Password.

3. Enter your Username and click Reset Password.

4. Enter your Contact Email Address and click Send Security Code. 

If the Hint email is unfamiliar then you have not setup a contact email address for your account. You need to submit a ticket for a manual password reset.

5. Enter the security code you received in the Security Code text box and click Submit.

6. Enter your password in the New Password text box, confirm your password and click Set Password.

7. To log in to your account, click Log In.
