What is EAP?

At Positive Care Solutions, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our employees—both professionally and personally. To help achieve this, we have partnered with EAP Assist, a trusted provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

The EAP is a free and confidential support service available to all employees of Positive Care Solutions. It offers access to qualified professionals who can provide guidance, counselling, and resources across a wide range of personal and work-related challenges.

EAP Assist provides a variety of support services to help employees manage mental health, stress, and life’s challenges more effectively. Services include:

  • Confidential Counselling Services (via phone, video, or online)

  • Support for Anxiety, Depression, Stress & Grief

  • Relationship and Family Counselling

  • Workplace Conflict Resolution

  • Career and Workplace Coaching

  • Substance Abuse Support

  • Crisis Intervention and Trauma Support

  • Wellbeing Tools and Resources (including self-help modules)

  • 24/7 Access to Online Mental Health Programs

  • Legal and Financial Information Referrals

These services are designed to help you improve overall wellbeing, resilience, and workplace productivity.

Your privacy is taken very seriously.

EAP Assist will not disclose any identifying information about an employee without their written consent, except under the following circumstances:

  • There is a risk of imminent serious harm to the individual or others

  • Disclosure is required by law, in accordance with the Privacy Act

This means you can feel safe and supported when using this service.
